Luke Eichas

Eichas is in his fifth season as the Reign's Head Equipment Manager after taking on the position during the 2017-18 campaign. The Rochester, NY native originally joined Ontario as the team's Assistant Equipment Manager before he was promoted to the head position.

Before joining the Reign, Eichas served as the Assistant Equipment Manager for the AHL's Stockton Heat for two seasons, from 2015 through 2017.

Previously, Eichas worked four years at Locker Room Sports in Rochester, where he managed multiple sheets of ice and a pro shop location. He also has experience as a dressing room intern with the AHL's Rochester Americans.
