Ariel Padilla

Ariel joined the Reign before the 2017-18 season and is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and managing the team's Inside Sales Team, working to achieve revenue goals each season. Originally from Fullerton, CA, Padilla attended Cal State Fullerton, where she played Division I Softball and worked in the University's Athletics Marketing Department.

In her free time, she enjoys going to Disneyland with her wife and niece, shooting portrait photography, and going to the gym.
