What Is Play To Reign?

The Play to Reign packet was created to encourage health and wellness during the summer and to motivate families to get moving together! Inside the packet, you’ll find nutritional tips, hockey how-to's, exercises, stretches, and more to help you kick off a healthy summer.

The challenge runs from July 15 to August 15, and the goal is to complete one hour of exercise each day. You can break up your workout throughout the day— a 20-minute morning walk, a 10-minute stickhandling session in the afternoon, and an evening walk to wrap up your hour. Get creative and have fun with it!

Use the activity log to track your daily workouts. Once you've completed the full month, email your log to mmorgan@ontarioreign.com, and Madelyn will help you redeem your discounted tickets!
