Storyline: The Ontario Reign (31-15-1-1) fell to the Abbotsford Canucks (17-26-3-3) Saturday night by a final score of 2-1 in in front of 3,668 fans at Rogers Forum. Ontario and Abbotsford will meet again in British Columbia on Monday at 1 p.m. PST.
The Reign led 1-0 going into the third period as Cole Guttman stretched his goal streak to three-games with his sixth power-play goal of the season, 18th overall. The Canucks completed a third period come back scoring 93 seconds in and with nine minutes remaining as the Reign saw their win streak end at three games. Ontario outshot Abbotsford 32-13, as the 13 shots were a season low by an opponent against the Reign this season.
