TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OFFER

The Ontario Reign Merchandise Discount Offer (“Offer”) is operated by Ontario Reign Hockey Club, LLC (“Administrator”) with offices at 3363 Inland Empire Blvd, Suite 850, Ontario, CA 91764. By enrolling or registering for the Offer, you hereby agree to this Offer Agreement (“Agreement”). Please read this Agreement carefully, as your participation in the Offer, and any discounts you receive, are subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND US, EXCEPT DISPUTES RESOLVED IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT, IS SUBJECT TO A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND MUST BE RESOLVED BY INDIVIDUAL BINDING ARBITRATION. PLEASE READ THE “DISPUTE RESOLUTION” SECTION BELOW AS IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

Fans will receive 10% off qualifying merchandise when they sign up for marketing emails and SMS text messaging. Offer valid for new subscribers only. Merchandise must be purchased directly through the Ontario Reign Official Shop at www.ontarioreignshop.com. Not valid on purchases made at the physical Ontario Reign Store, other retailers or, third-party websites, or social media storefronts. Discount applies to pre-tax merchandise total only. Qualifying purchase is based on a single sales transaction and excludes sales tax, shipping & handling charges, gift wrap & gift box charges, personalization charges, or gift cards. Additional charges apply for expedited or international shipping. Merchandise subject to availability. Limit one promotion code per guest. Code has no expiration date. Not valid on previously purchased merchandise. Valid receipt required for returns or exchanges, which will be subject to discount taken at the time of purchase. Promotion code is for one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount. Offer subject to restrictions and to change without notice. Offer void where prohibited.

ELIGIBILITY. Subscribers must be at least 18 years of age; Subscribers may sign-up for the Reign Merchandise Discount Offer on the official Ontario Reign website. You may opt out of receiving marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of any such email. To stop receiving promotional text messages, you may unsubscribe by replying “STOP” to any Reign marketing message. You may also notify us at privacypolicy@aegworldwide.com. You are allowed to have only one Subscription (as defined below) per person. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke a subscription to any individual at any time for any reason whatsoever. You agree you will not sell, transfer, share or assign any Subscriber rights. Any benefits or discounts as a result of this Offer are not your personal property, are not descendible, and may not be inherited, bartered, purchased, or sold. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email login credentials and, for online users, for restricting access to your computer (or other device, as applicable) so that others may not access your benefits or discounts.

GENERAL INFORMATION. By signing up for Ontario Reign marketing communications, you hereby agree to abide by this Agreement as well as any rules, regulations, policies and procedures described herein, or on websites, webpages, or other materials or otherwise communicated to Subscribers. The terms “Subscriber,” “Subscribers,” “you,” and “your” apply to you as a subscriber of the Reign Merchandise Discount Offer, the term “Subscription” refers to your Ontario Reign Marketing Communications Subscription account. Administrator reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate, or change the Terms and Conditions of the Reign Merchandise Discount Offer or your Subscription, including without limitation modifying methods of earning, redeeming or forfeiting benefits or discounts, and changing the terms for use of any benefits or discounts at any time. You do not acquire property rights in accrued Points and/or Rewards. Administrator reserves the right to terminate any Subscription, if, in its sole discretion, Administrator determines that a Subscriber has violated or breached this Agreement or otherwise engaged in fraud or other improper conduct with respect to the Discount Offer. Each Subscriber is solely responsible for the safekeeping of all membership info, including discount codes, and is liable for all activities and purchases conducted via the Offer, whether or not conducted by the Subscriber. Administrator is not responsible for any unauthorized activity under your Subscription.
